Why do you love your job
Have you ever wondered why some people practically jump into work every day, while others drag their feet through the door? In this month full of love and hope, we’re not just focusing on romantic love, but also the burning passion that individuals have for their work.
Why do you love your job? We asked our audience
On 29 January, we ran a poll on our company’s LinkedIn page asking if people are passionate about their work. We were delighted to receive a total of 972 responses, and the results were incredibly inspiring. Over 74% of respondents expressed a sincere love for their work. This overwhelming positivity resonates deeply with us! To explore this sense further, we reached out to a few consultants. They told us to their personal stories and the secrets to maintaining enthusiasm and passion for their work.

“February 1st marks one year since I joined WTS ENERGY. I thrive on the daily challenges, the opportunity to learn, and the sense of accomplishment when overcoming obstacles in my work. The continuous growth and fulfillment make me love what I do.

Last, Gans, who earned ‘the people’s champ’ distinction for his charisma and eagerness to help, shares his philosophy of life with us in passionate words.
“I am working in 37°C Heat with 97% Humidity, 114km from the equator – Why would I want to work here? Because meeting and working with people have always brought me joy. Especially showing them better and quicker ways to get the same or sometimes better results. We should work Smarter, not Harder.
I always would provide my utmost to help people, regardless of what it may be, and if I may not know, I will attempt to find out. I do not see problems – I see obstacles. And the most satisfactory feeling would be to see someone’s face when they just realized that they have accomplished something which they thought 3 years ago would be impossible to achieve.
I appreciate the strength of each individual in my team. There is no “I” in TEAM – Together, Everybody Achieve More. Every evening, before I go to sleep, I must be able to point out at least one person whose life I believe I’ve impacted positively. If not, I have wasted a day.”
Thanks to these professionals and people who passionately love what they do. Joyful work isn’t just a goal, it’s a way of life.
